After moving back to Hong Kong, where he was born, he found his passion for health and wellness, and, in 2001 began to build his career in the fitness industry. After getting to know more about bodybuilding through friends, Wade realized that weight training was extremely beneficial, not only with building a good physique, but also contributing to increased fitness performance and minimizing injuries.
