Accessible Seating

ADA Seating is available on the Orchestra level at all concerts. To purchase online, visit our Calendar page, choose the concert date you are interested in, click Buy Tickets, and look for the wheelchair symbols on the seat map. To order by phone, please call the Ticket Office at 503-228-1353 Monday – Friday 10 am – 8 pm & Concert Saturdays 1 pm – 6 pm.

Wheelchair accessible seating is reserved for the exclusive use of individuals with disabilities who require these types of features for seating. The purchase or use of these accessible seating locations by non-disabled individuals is strictly prohibited.

Accessible Entrances

The entrances on both Broadway and Park streets are accessible. Curbside drop-off zones are located in front of each entrance on SW Broadway and SW Park.

Elevators Elevator buttons

Elevator buttons Elevators reach all levels of the hall except the Upper Balcony, but please note that a limited number of stairs must be ascended to enter the Lower Balcony and Upper Mezzanine levels.

Accessible Restrooms Accessible restrooms

Accessible restrooms The Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall has public restrooms that are wheelchair accessible. Restrooms are located on the Lower Level and Lower Balcony levels.

Infrared Hearing System

The Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall is equipped with an infrared hearing system. Listening devices are available free of charge at the Cloak Room.

Large-print Programs & Braille Large-print programs and Braille

Large-print programs and Braille Large-print programs for Classical and Pops concerts are available at the Customer Service Table, located just inside the Broadway Street entrance. Braille programs and American Sign Language Interpretation can be made available if requested at least four weeks in advance.
